At this stage our constructors gather information concerning the structure and through computing software they prepare a construction plan along with calculations as well as production drawings.
With a numerical control saw and a CNC machine parts of the trusses are cut out according to a detailed cutting plan.
By using a hydraulic press with a pressure of 35 ton, the wooden elements are combined with the use of multi-spiked plates. Their size and type are chosen through computing software and specified together with the exact arrangement of the plates in the production documentation.
The trusses we produce are very light – smaller elements do not exceed the weight of 100 kilograms which makes both operating and assembling them onto buildings easier. The trusses' price includes loading onto the transport vehicle, regardless by whom the transport is organized.
Assembling the trusses onto buildings is usually a simple process. It consists of setting up, attaching and fitting together the specified elements according to the assembly instructions delivered. In most of the cases, a crane is not required for construction as the light elements can be carried manually.
